Having played both BKC is preferred by me as it has better command and control effects. I find RF to be dated and predictable.
You can play RF scenarios using BKC which is good for comparing the rules.

I still look at TMP every now and again, usually as a result of a Google search as I'm fed up of Tango swamping it with stolen content. The other site full of stolen content is Pinterest which I dislike with a passion so much so I edit searches to exclude it.
