Re: Three Wargaming Systems ... at least_Updated 1st July

I'm not too happy with the result but I'm sure I'll do that better next time. I would be happy with them. thmbs2) They look superb. You have managed to make them look recognizable as Philippe's men in his uniform colours without making them look uniform (i.e. all the same). That's quite an achievem...

Re: Ian's Bocage encounter

Yes to 20mm RF and yes it is the Tiger church which I understand is back in production. The two small one story houses with windows in the roof are also Tiger. Don Thank you. I thought it might be. I had seen that it is back in production. You can never have too many miniature Normandy churches. ;-...

Re: The Drive on Minsk - Scenario One - Armor Clash

A great looking table with some beautifully painted vehicles. The undulations in the ground combine with a great ground cloth to deliver an authentic looking slice of Belorussia. Inspiring stuff. Thank you for the great report, which must have taken ages to write. A pleasure to read. :D A closely fo...

Re: Ian's Bocage encounter

You have a great looking table there, and it sounds like a good game. I wonder how a British or Canadian force with PIATs would have done in a similar scenario. Thank you for posting. thmbs2)

I'm guessing 20mm and Rapid Fire?

Is the church the 15mm Tiger Terrain model? It looks similar.

Re: Arnhem Big Game Friday PM

An inspring report. The terrain is superb and the tanks of the Irish Guards look great. I hadn't realized just how big the AEC armoured car was. Great stuff. :-)

I'm tempted to try this scenario as the race against time brings an extra element. Thank you for sharing and inspiring. :-)

Re: yet more Market Garden!

An impressive table. Great looking canals and bridges, and the ditch-lined roads are brilliant. A long, thin table works for Market Garden, emphasizing the precarious Allied route.

Thank you for posting. :-)

Re: The Road to Bremen Chain of Command campaign AAR Updated 06 05 18

Your battle reports are just superb. The combination of the game's fog of war with your own explanations of your tactics make for a compelling read. Each battle appeared capable of going either way. Just as one side appeared to get the upper hand, a swing of fortune (often a double phase or a panzer...
