Cheap Jeep
While searching through my scrap boxes I came across the crushed hulk of an old Jeep and since we are planning on doing the Hell's Highway fight from MG some time in the future and therefore need a million US Jeeps I thought that I'd see if I could resurrect it. The wheels and trailer mudguards come from an old Model Transport Bantam that I kept the parts from for "some day". the trailer is from plastic card using the Airfix kit to get the measurements and the rest of the bits are scrapbox finds.

Cool resurrection job....
Greatness is not in where we stand,
but in what direction we are moving,
we must sail sometimes in the wind,
and sometimes against it,
but sail we must, and not drift nor lie at anchor.

Always satisfying when you rescue something from the scrap yard.

Another one, this time the "Jeep" is a diecast children's toy I got for 20p in a charity shop with ui plastic wheels which neede filler as hubs, the driver is Nitto . The trailer is scratch built, the mudguards are from the S Model CV33 Flamethrower and the wheels are David Reasoner resin.

Cool! And I recognised the Nitto driver, excellent kits for their time...
