There were so few of the SdKfz 11 made that a lack of photographs is not surprising, they did make a lot more of the same vehicle with a single barrel 20mm Flak on it and there are lots of pics of those.

There are 2 photos of an M8 Greyhound fitted with the Drilling AA mount in Concord's 7055 Panzers in the Gunsights by Steven Zaloga. Page 68. Several other oddities in there as well.
The Greyhound retains the turret and the AA mount sticks out of the top. Despite a repaint and German crosses it still looks very improvised.

I came across a rather handsome photo of a wrecked RSO towing a trailer fitted with a Pair of Drilling mounts earlier today... disappointed to be told it's purely a Transport arrangement, rather than anything anyone would try and shoot from...
