I am just totally inept or can we not save these once "purchased" ? I have got all three delivered safely but can't get them to save to my PC.

Yes, Alan. The download should appear as a .PDF file, either in your browser or in Adobe Acrobat. In your browser, hover your mouse near the bottom of the page, and a 'Command Bar' should appear, with the one of the icons being a 'Save' function. If the file opened Adobe Acrobat Reader, the Save command should be accessible from a drop-down Menu on the top bar.
